El Perro Del Mar threw something of a curve with last year's one-off "What Do You Expect?," which wound up being a snug title: Where the Swedish chanteuse had normally indulged in downcast and lush indie-pop there was now tense electronic production. Today we learn that was a bridge to a new realm: Meet "Innocense Is Sense," a song and video that's even tenser, and more electronic, with creepy vocals/faces in a way that recall the artier end of Sweden's international indie stars. "Think of this as an introduction to my album Pale Fire" was the note, here is the clip:
