Next month, Yo La Tengo give us their new album Fade, which is a great album for wistfully staring out windows. We've already heard the absolutely killer first single "Before We Run," and now the band is letting us hear opening track "Ohm," a lazily unfurling seven-minute domestic fuzz-pop fantasia that's pretty much exactly what most of us want from a new Yo La Tengo song. "Ohm" soundtracks a pretty time-lapse video of the same tree that appears on the Fade cover. (It's in Portland's Overlook Park, if you're into trainspotting like that.)
