Brooklyn rappers Issa Dash and Ak, a/k/a The Underachievers, have released a video for a new single, "The Proclamation," shot mostly around Coney Island and directed by YASHANA. The song is from a new forthcoming album, following Indigoism released earlier this year. Check it out below.
