The gruff, quick-tongued young Chicago rapper Lil Herb is having a hell of a year. He released the ferocious, deeply impressive mixtape Welcome To Fazoland, and he managed to avoid being completely outshined by an on-fire Nicki Minaj on her track "Chi-Raq." He's now working on a new mixtape called Ball Like I'm Kobe, and he just shared the hard, snarling track "Frankie Lymon," a strong showcase for his particular brand of verbose aggression.
