Peter Doherty's single "Flags Of The Old Regime" is an undeniable bummer of a song, but what makes it certifiably depressing is the fact that it's a tribute to the late Amy Winehouse. The song will be released next month by Walk Tall Recordings and all of the proceeds will go to the Amy Winehouse Foundation, an organization run by her father that seeks to empower at-risk youth through music therapy and education. The funereal black and white video was shot by Katia De Vidas in Thailand. Watch below.
