Earlier today, Real Estate announced that founding guitarist Matt Mondanile was leaving the band to focus on his Ducktails project, with fellow Ridgewood, NJ native Julian Lynch taking his place. And tonight, Real Estate brought their new lineup to Tel Aviv's Barby Club to perform their first live show in nearly a full year, sounding just as hazy and twinkling as ever.
