Ty Segall released his most recent album, Emotional Mugger, at the beginning of 2016, and ever since then the musician has been up to his usual hijinks. He released a creepy Emotional Mugger short film, performed a menacing set on Colbert, dawned a spooky mask on Conan, and tore shit up at Primavera Sound.
