Bruce Hornsby Announces New Album Indigo Park And 2026 US Tour

In April 1986, Bruce Hornsby and his band the Range released their debut album The Way It Is, and things would never be the same. You see what I did there? It's not great, but it's better than the line about "Bruce Hornsby has the Range," which I thought about using as the lede of this post. Aren't you glad I didn't do that? Anyway, Hornsby has had a long, fascinating career. Among many other things, he spent a few years as a touring member of the Grateful Dead, and he recently shared a tribute for his late bandmate Bob Weir.

Now, Hornsby is announcing a new LP that will come out almost exactly 40 years after his debut. This spring, Hornsby will follow his 2022 album 'Flicted with a new album called Indigo Park. As of right now, we don't have any details on Indigo Park beyond album title and cover art. Hornsby's last record had collaborators like Ezra Koenig and Danielle Haim, so don't be surprised if we hear about some big names joining him on this one.

Hornsby is, however, ready to announce a North American tour with his current band the Noisemakers. Before that run starts, he'll play a few sets billed as "an evening with Bruce Hornsby." Check out his dates below.
