Green-House Announce New Album Hinterlands: Hear “Farewell, Little Island”

Throughout the 2020s, Olive Ardizoni and Michael Flanagan have been making new-age-y "eco-ambient" music about environmental distress under the name Green-House. The project, which began as Ardizoni's solo venture, has already yielded two full-length albums, and a third is on the way.

Hinterlands drops in March via Green-House's new label home, Ghostly International. As beloved Stereogum subscriber crania points out in our Discord, album merch includes a very cute plush sloth. "Farewell, Little Island," the album's lead single, injects pleasing percolations into Green-House's serene soundscapes. Behold the flickering beauty below.
