Maynard James Keenan is a busy guy. The Tool frontman has a new Puscifer record called Normal Isn't arriving at the end of the week, and today Puscifer posted a cover of Low's 2015 track "Congregation" on Instagram.
In the caption, Keenan wrote, "All the madness going on in Minneapolis sent me down a [Low] rabbit hole. Missing Mimi Parker. Carina suggested maybe we cover a song in her and their honor.
