In just a couple of weeks Justin Bieber will headline Coachella. Aside from a few private parties and one Grammys performance, that would've been Biebs' first proper show in a couple of years — that is, until he did a surprise warm-up show to a crowd of a few hundred at the Roxy in West Hollywood last night. The 25-song set was split evenly between songs from his 2025 albums Swag and Swag II — almost entirely live debuts — and absolutely nothing else. Much like his Grammys performance, it looks like it was a minimal setup with just Bieber onstage.
Bieber's warm-up show was evidently an "invite only" situation; a lot of influencers and some celebrities were spotted in the crowd, like his fellow Canadian Tate McRae (both of them skipped the Junos over the weekend despite both receiving nominations). It was also supposedly a "no phones" show, and attendees said they had their phones locked up, but footage naturally made its way to social media anyway. One clip reportedly originated from Shaboozey's since-deleted Instagram Story. See a little "Daisies," "Yukon," and "Devotion" below.
