Toronto producer Loukeman has worked with artists like PinkPantheress, A$AP Rocky, and Aminé, and he also makes blissfully chilled-out electronic music on his own. Last month, Loukeman released two tracks, "Elktorn" and "All I Could Think Of." Both of them will appear on Sd-3, the new album that he's announcing today, as will his new single "To The Sky."
Sd-3 is the final entry in a trilogy that also includes 2021's Sd-1 and 2024's Sd-2. Loukeman co-produced the new track "To The Sky" with a past collaborator, Jump Source's Patrick Holland. It's a softly humming electronic track that samples and delicately manipulates the voice of Canadian singer-songwriter Georgia Hammer, who Loukeman also sampled on "All I Could Think Of." Marco Lee directed video for "To The Sky," and it's got Loukeman and his friends playing what looks like an extremely informal hockey game at a Toronto ice rink. Check it out below.
Sd-3 is out 4/24 on September Recordings.
