David Lee Roth, Vanessa Carlton, & Joe Jonas Make Surprise Coachella Debuts With Teddy Swims

Teddy Swims' Coachella set abounded with special guests. The "Lose Control" singer used his main stage performance to bring out David Lee Roth, Vanessa Carlton, and Joe Jonas for their debut performances at the Indio music festival.

Joe Jonas was the first guest and he performed the Jonas Brothers' 2007 song "When You Look Me In The Eyes" (it was not his first time attending Coachella). Then came Carlton — who's been dealing with a legal battle with noisy neighbors — to deliver her 2001 hit "A Thousand Miles" in a Pogues shirt. And lastly, Diamond Dave joined, with Teddy Swims proclaiming, "Oh my God! It's David Lee Roth from the best fucking band of all time, Van Halen!"

Roth did Van Halen's 1984 hit "Jump." In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, he said, "Teddy Swims is one of the best names ever. Everybody's saying it all around. In the city here are visitors from Germany, Holland, Japan, China, and they all know that name." Watch footage below.
