Kacey Musgraves Parodies Trump’s AI Jesus Post, Joins Coachella Weekend 2 Lineup

Last month Kacey Musgraves did a surprise Brooks & Dunn tribute set at a Nashville bar, and now she's been announced as a surprise performer for Coachella this weekend. Meanwhile she's also parodying Trump's AI Jesus post.

Coachella just shared the schedule for this weekend, and it unexpectedly has Musgraves on it, slated for an early slot on Saturday (April 18). Ukrainian-Canadian DJ Rezz announced tonight that he has dropped off the festival, writing, "My body has been whispering for a while that I need a real break, but I continued to push thinking it would be fine. I have to put my health first, as things going on need to be addressed."

As for the other thing... Trump, amid his beef with Pope Leo, posted a since-deleted AI-generated photo of himself as Jesus healing a sick man. In response, Musgraves posted an AI-generated photo of herself as a sick woman being healed by Dolly Parton.

Her new album Middle Of Nowhere arrives next month.
