UK girl group FLO made their name by reviving the classic R&B sounds of the Y2K era, and they released the sharp, carefully crafted debut album Access All Areas in 2024. After dropping four new tracks over the Christmas holiday, they shared the extremely fun single "Leak It" in March. Now, they've announced their sophomore album Therapy At The Club, and they've shared the title track.
The title "Therapy At The Club" suggests some dire directions that this this could've gone, but that's not really what happens on this song. The song embraces the British retro-soul sound that peers like Raye are currently taking to the bank. Much like "Leak It," however, it works as a fun celebration of unhealthy behavior. FLO debuted it during their Tiny Desk Concert a couple of months ago. Lostboy, Leroy Clampitt, and Lauren Keen wrote and produced the song. Check it out below.
Therapy At The Club is out 7/24 on Republic.
