Tinashe is back, baby! Today she's returned with a new single, "Too Easy," and it sounds good as hell. It's a short and sweet track, just under two minutes, where Tinashe does not sweat any heat from her detractors. "I feel like a celebrity/ If you're mad then go to therapy," she nonchalantly sings at one point. Okay, yes, this is the energy Tinashe deserves to flaunt!
Produced by kimj and Zack Sekoff, "Too Easy" settles somewhere between 2000s R&B and K-Pop. There's heaving percussion, sugary "la la las," and a big rubbery bass. All I can say is that it makes me want to shake my booty.
