If you know anything about Long Odds, you know the warm and fuzzy indie rock project is led by Adam Elliott, drummer and vocalist for the recently reunited Times New Viking. We reminded you as much when we posted "Faorah," the lead single from Long Odds' new album The Dry Land. But did you know they also have members of other great Columbus bands whose music we've posted over the years? Philip Kim, for instance, is in Connections, and Joseph Anthony Camerlengo's many projects include Van Dale. So many noisy, melodious guitar bands converging in one lineup.
Long Odds are back this week with a second single from the new album, a lovely lo-fi waltz called "Before Here." It's one of those songs that seems to hover just above the ground, flickering and floating. Kim created a video for the track, which you can watch below.
