The Emmy nominations are out, and they include a lot of pop stars.

Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show, officially titled "The Apple Music Super Bowl LX Halftime Show Starring Bad Bunny," is nominated in nine categories, the most ever for a halftime show. Those include Outstanding Variety Special (Live), Production Design For A Variety Special, Choreography For Variety Or Reality Programming, Technical Direction And Camerawork For A Special, Directing For A Variety Special, Hairstyling For A Variety, Nonfiction Or Reality Program, and Lighting Design/Lighting Direction For A Special. The only category where Bad Bunny would be personally credited for the win is Outstanding Variety Special (Live) due to his producer credit on the show.

The Taylor Swift concert film Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour | The Final Show is up for five awards including Outstanding Technical Direction and Camerawork For A Special, Outstanding Picture Editing For Variety Programming, Outstanding Directing For A Variety Special, Outstanding Sound Mixing For A Variety Series Or Special, and Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded). As with Bad Bunny, only one of those nominations goes to Swift herself, who would receive an Emmy for Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) as a performer and producer on the special. She previously won an Emmy in 2015 when AMEX Unstaged: Taylor Swift Experience won the category Outstanding Creative Achievement in Interactive Media — Original Interactive Program.

Lady Gaga, a four-time Emmy nominee before this year, is nominated in the Outstanding Original Music And Lyrics category for co-writing her single "The Dead Dance" from Netflix's Wednesday. Sabrina Carpenter also grabbed a nomination in the Outstanding Variety Special (Pre-Recorded) category for her work on Disney's The Muppet Show reboot. The race for Outstanding Music Composition For A Documentary/Nonfiction Or Reality Program (Original Dramatic Score) features Raphael Saadiq for his work on High Horse: The Black Cowboy.

The Pitt was the most-nominated drama series this year with a whopping 25. Hacks, an actual comedy, broke non-comedy The Bear's record 23 nominations for a comedy series by securing 24 nods this year. The 78th annual Primetime Emmy Awards will air Monday, Sept. 14 on NBC and Peacock.
