In 2024, Chastity Belt's Live Laugh Love was our Album Of The Week. The Seattle indie rockers have shared some songs since then, including a cool 764-Hero cover. Now, they're back with two new songs, "I Could Say Less" and "Pavement," the latter of which has nothing to do with Stephen Malkmus. Both tracks are about disillusionment, weighed down by gloomy guitars and resigned vocals. "I Could Say Less" starts with the question, "Why is everything so embarrassing?" "Pavement," though, ends with hope: "Waking up with a little less dopamine/ Well it can be a good thing." Listen below.
