Barcelona-based DJ dude John Talabot dabbles in house and the naturally occurring sunbleached sounds of the domestic scene he's taken root in, a combo making him a natural ally of Delorean's. Last I saw him, he DJd before and after that band's set at the True Panther-curated MoMA PS1 WarmUp kick off -- today he tweeted to a remix he's filed for the austere black-clad Brit breakouts of the xx. It's a nice pairing, the hushed, cleanly/chilly emotionalisms of the xx meeting the warmed, slightly dirty dance grooves and hand-percussion pops of John Talabot.
