Late last year, a plea went out to help raise money for alternative medical treatment for J. Robbins and Janet Morgan of son, Callum Robbins, in his fight against Type 1 SMA (or Spinal Muscular Atrophy). Many have donated (which you can still do here) and benefit concerts have been held -- and now the noble cause has inspired a Dismemberment Plan reunion! Pretty sure this will be the band's first show since their "One Last Slice" gig at the 9:30 Club in D.C. in September of '03. (Can anyone confirm?)Lucky fans in D.C. can see 'em at 4/28 at Black Cat.
