The San Francisco resident Luis Vasquez, who records as the Soft Moon, put out a pretty great self-titled album late last year; check out that album's "Tiny Spiders." He's also got a new EP, Total Decay, coming soon. The title track is below, and it ably walks the line between Factory Records ghost-moan postpunk and straight-up scary noise. You should listen to it below because it is badass.
