"Lonely Boy," the first single from the new Black Keys album El Camino, is a fired-up rager with a surf-inflected central riff and a jumpy, restless organ. It's a seriously catchy, energetic song, and it's sounding pretty goddam great on first listen. Last night, the band posted a stream of the song on their YouTube page, along with a video of some guy dancing frantically to the track while lip-syncing and managing to keep a studiously blank expression the entire time. The "Lonely Boy" 7" single is out in independent record stores on 11/25, Black Friday. El Camino is out 12/6 on Nonesuch.
