Coldplay made their inevitable return to Saturday Night Live on this weekend's Emma Stone-hosted episode, playing their Mylo Xyloto singles "Paradise" and "Every Teardrop Is A Waterfall" on a stage covered, for some reason, in multicolored pinwheels. Chris Martin's dancing, it bears mentioning, gets tougher to figure out as time goes on. And in related Martin news, he also showed up during the show's Weekend Update segment, playing a backup singer for Fred Armisen and Kristen Wiig's Garth & Kat characters.
