Into The Waves, the new album from the lightly psychedelic sophisti-pop singer-songwriter Sophia Knapp, enters the world today, and it features some truly twinkling sonics, as well as a couple of duets with the decidedly non-twinkling Bill Callahan. Below, we've got her Okay Video-directed clip for "In Paper," in which the glamorous Knapp disappears into an animated watercolor painting and rides a crying cartoon cloud.
