Over the weekend, The New York Times reported that Jay-Z will headline and curate the two-day Made In America Festival, an event that will take place on 9/1 and 9/2 in Philadelphia's Fairmount Park. This morning, Jay-Z held a press conference with Philadelphia mayor Michael Nutter to announce the deal, and that can be watched below.
