Scarlett, Zooey beat you again: Sitek's hep now, but Lillywhite's legendary. (On top of that, Deschanel's in Videogum's favorite movie). To inaugurate their new Lillywhite Sessions series, World Café hosted She & Him at Avatar Studios, NYC, interviewing Zooey, Matt, and Steve and streaming fine performances of Volume One tracks "Take It Back," "You've Really Got a Hold on Me," "Change Is Hard."They sound great -- better than on those visits to Conan and Craig Ferguson and maybe even better than on the album proper.
