Fiona Apple has already released one of the year's best records, and of course, she's a total weirdo. Last night, she performed at the Warfield, on Market Street, in the heart of San Francisco. Apple kicked off the evening with "Fast As You Can" (from 1999's When The Pawn ...), delivering a tight set, without much in the way of banter or breaks, and no encore.
