Later this fall, the Brooklyn-based electronic producer and vague-pop prankster James Ferraro will release a new album called Shoop2DaDoop. "SO N2U," the first track we've heard from it, is a hazy and patched-together thing that effectively transforms British 2-step (remember that?) into endlessly languid instrumental music.
