I wrote about Speedy Ortiz's "Tiger Tank" back in May when it was a promising single from a promising band waiting to release their debut album. Over the months the band has become one you can count on, with two more killer singles, a guest spot for Ovlov, and a pick for Stereogum's song of the week; all of which has led up to their fantastic debut, out today. So there really isn't a better time for the band to revisit "Tiger Tank" with a music video, and an appropriately strange one. In the Matthew Caron directed video, the band plays in a basement filled with shredded paper and a girl gets dressed up for a night out -- which in this case means underground amateur wrestling.
