A few weeks ago, Ariel Pink teamed up with Jorge Elbrecht, the luxe indie-pop auteur behind projects like Lansing-Dreiden and Violens, to release the weirdly smooth single "Hang On To Life," and we named it our favorite song of that week. Today, the song gets a video, which Elbrecht directed with Alejandro Cardenas, and it's mostly made up of soft-focus shots of Pink and Elbrecht looking elegantly disheveled. There's also some slow-motion footage of a yellow lab shaking water off, just to make the "you screwed the pooch" lyric uncomfortably literal. Watch it below.
