Tobias Jesso Jr., the Vancouver singer-songwriter whose homespun piano ballad "True Love" was one of our favorite songs in a while, has signed to True Panther. The Matador subsidiary will release Jesso's JR White-produced album eventually, but first up is a limited-run singles series that gets subscribers five of Jesso's home demos for $5 total. That's just $1 per record, which is a fucking steal with a songwriter like Jesso. Only 300 copies are available, and you can sign up here.
