This past summer, the great and volatile '90s drug-rock duo Royal Trux announced a reunion, but they were only going to play one show, headlining the Berserktown II festival in Los Angeles. They played that show, and it went off without a hitch; we posted some video. And so now they're going to try it again, at least one more time. Royal Trux will bring their guitar-squall to New York later this year, when they play a 12/19 show at Webster Hall. That's a pretty good sign that they could have more reunions shows to come, but right now, we just don't know. If you're a Royal Trux fan somewhere in the vicinity of the East Coast, this could still be your last chance to go see them.
