Lorely Rodriguez, aka Empress Of, snagged an Album Of The Week nod a couple of months ago on the strength of Me, her debut collection of minimal, fractured dance-pop. Last night, Rodriguez stopped by SiriusXMU for a live in-studio session, during which she ditched the synths for a spare (but not energy-less), piano-led cover of the Weeknd's steamroller of a pop single "Can't Feel My Face."
