Paul Simon's thirteenth solo album Stranger To Stranger, his first since 2011's So Beautiful Or What, was inspired in part by 20th century composer Harry Partch, who created custom-made instruments in microtonal tunings. Simon took a similarly experimental approach to his new album, which was co-produced by his longtime collaborator Roy Halee. So far, we've heard three tracks from it -- "Wristband," "Cool Papa Bell," and "The Werewolf" -- and today the entire album is streaming via NPR. You can listen below.
Stranger To Stranger is out 6/3 via Concord Records. Pre-order it here.
