Right now, the New Orleans rap star Kevin Gates is in prison. A few months ago, he was sentenced to 30 months on a weapons charge. But today, Gates' label has released "No Love," a hard, brooding song about not trusting the people around you. It's hard to say how much music Gates left behind when he went to prison, but if he still has a few songs like this in the vault, there's no danger of anyone forgetting about him before he gets home.
