Last night, Animal Collective played the first of two special shows featuring site-specific music at the New Orleans sound art installation and venue Music Box Village. Band members Avey Tare, Geologist, and Deakin, sans Panda Bear but plus local artists Aurora Nealand, Helen Gillet, and Marion Tortorich, performed a set of all new material that took advantage of the Music Box Village's unique playable structures.
