Bloomberg reports Elbow's Seldom Seen Kid pulled out a sorta longshot win over the likes of Burial, Radiohead (four time nominees, still no win), and the Last Shadow Puppets for this year's Merc Prize, meaning that is going to be one hot torrent this week.
