Just a couple of months ago, Guns N' Roses lead guitarist Slash said the band was sitting on "so much material" and that a new album was "coming." Guns N' Roses don't necessarily have the best reputation for releasing albums in a timely manner — and today's news is not an album announcement — but nevertheless, new Guns N' Roses tunes have arrived. Today they dropped two singles called "Nothin'" and "Atlas."
"Atlas" is GN'R in their classic bombastic rock mode, while "Nothin'" is slightly more chill with a laid-back tempo and some breezy keyboard riffs. As one YouTube commenter put it: "We got new GNR before GTA 6."
Notably, this is the first new music GN'R have released since parting ways with their longtime drummer Frank Ferrer earlier this year (one of many such cases in 2025). In October, frontman Axl Rose got a little angry at the drum kit during a GN'R show in Buenos Aires, but there are plenty of drums on these songs, so I guess they've sorted it all out. Anyway, hear "Nothin'" and "Atlas" below.
