Action Bronson has been teasing Planet Frog, the followup to his 2024 LP Johann Sebastian Bachlava The Doctor. Now, the Queens rapper officially announced the album via Wheel Of Fortune.
In a melodramatic clip posted to socials, Bronson acted as a contestant on the game show, enlisting Ryan Seacrest and Vanna White to make it all the more realistic. With the help of a magical dolphin in the audience, he solved the puzzle, whose answer was, of course, "Planet Frog." The record was produced by Harry Fraud, Daringer, Human Growth Hormone, and Bronson himself. It's out Friday (May 8).
Planet Frog includes the previously released "Triceratops" with Lil Yachty and Paul Wall, which we named one of the best songs of the week. Other tracks feature Yung Mehico, Julian Love, Roc Marciano, and more. As part of his Chumbeh series, he'll be hosting a dinner album event on May 17, which he says will be a "very special and psychological one." Watch the promo video below.
