As mentioned when posting the "Chains" video, Brooklyn-via-Chicago "horror disco" duo (and Games pals) Gatekeeper's excellent Giza EP is a dark, dank, at times heavy industrial/club/italo disco-tinged collection. This remix of standout "Serpent" by NYC house producer/These Are Powers member Brenmar offers the intense original a little levity -- less claustrophobic stomp, more icy dance choreography -- without losing Gatekeeper's spooky lost-in-the-funhouse vibe.
