The Killers' Ronnie Vannucci Jr steps out from behind the drumkit this summer with his first solo album under the name Big Talk. Debut single "Getaways," officially out tomorrow, showcases a similar strain of the synth-rock pomp that's made the Killers so popular. He even sounds a bit like Brandon Flowers on the track.
