The origin of Air's forthcoming LP, Le Voyage Dans La Lune, was a restoration of the iconic French film of the same name, a cinematic landmark created by Georges Méliès in 1902. The French electronic duo was asked to compose a modern score for a restored, hand-colored version of the film, and that original 16-minute composition blossomed into a full-length (which includes the recently posted "Seven Stars").
