The last time we heard a new track from Cold Cave was over a year ago, when they released their moody single "Don't Blow Up The Moon," but now the band has resurfaced to share a cover of Coliseum's "Black Magic Punks." The original song was on Coliseum's brooding 2013 release Sister Faith, a manicured group of metal tracks that build off of the band's indie origins. Covers aren't always intriguing, but Cold Cave redresses "Black Magic Punks" in a kind of darkwave shroud. It's vampiric. Listen below.
