WHY? will release a new album in March, their first since 2012's Mumps, Etc. We premiered Moh Lhean's debut single "This Ole King" last year, and today the band's offering up a new one. "Proactive Evolution" is a playful song that layers Yoni Wolf's deadpan delivery in harmonies and instrumental trills that sound practically baroque. Check it out below.
