Earlier this week, Glen Hansard tragically passed away in a motorcycle crash at the age of 56. Bono paid tribute to the Oscar-winning Irish singer-songwriter and actor with heartfelt words on social media. Last night, Tori Amos commemorated him with a cover of the Swell Season's "Falling Slowly" at Boston's Leader Bank Pavilion.
Amos is currently on tour promoting her May album In Times Of Dragons. Glen Hansard and Markéta Irglová released "Falling Slowly" in 2006. In 2008, it was nominated for a Grammy and won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for its appearance on the 2007 Once soundtrack. Watch Amos' performance below.
